Boil the water and add it to the bowl or basin. Now add the essential oils and coconut oil. Before soaking your feet in the water, make sure that the water’s temperature is safe for your feet. Boil the water and pour it into a bowl or basin. Make sure that covers the feet up to ankles. Now add a tea bag or dry chamomile. Let the tea bag and dry chamomile steep for 5 minutes.
